How will my order be ship?

We ship most of our merchandise that is not oversized by UPS or FedEx.

Smaller item may be ship by US postal service.

Drapery Rods that are longer than 8 feet will ship by freight truck. We use various carriers and try our very best to get the lowest price.

Can I Return An Item If I Do Not Like It?

Yes, we will accept all non-custom items back. You will be given a store credit. There is a 35% re-stock fee . The item has to be returned within 30 days from when you received it and it has to be un-opened. We will not accept returns on opened merchandise.

You will need to call in for a return authorization #.

Custom orders, which includes draperies and some drapery rods, cannot be returned.

Do You Sell Ready Made Curtain and Draperies?

No, we do not sell ready made draperies at this time. We sell custom made draperies and curtains.

Will You Install My Rods and/or Drapes Even I Do Not Purchase From You?

We have installation service, in our local area, that will install your rods and draperies even if they were not purchase from us. Please call in for an estimated cost.
